Singular
╔ste es un ni±o. | This is a child. |
La casa es rosada. | The house is pink. |

Plural
Y Θstos son ni±os. | And here are some children. |
Las casas son rosadas. | The houses are pink. |
These are plural nouns which means that they stand for more than one of something.
In Spanish, it is easy to make a noun plural. You usually just add an s if the noun ends in a vowel or es if it ends in a consonant.
